Reservation Rules & Rates
December 15th - April 20th
$1100.00 / week		 April 20th - December 15th
$700.00 / week

Reservations are subject to 9% sales tax and $55 cleaning charge.
A minimum deposit of $300.00 is required. This deposit will be applied to the reservation balance upon check-in. Checks and money orders are accepted.
Cancellations in writing at least 60 days in advance will receive a deposit refund. After that time, the deposit is unrefundable.
Four person maximum.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING please.
